The perfect meal for busy weeknights that the whole family will love! This recipe works great for weekly meal prep, you’ll love our homemade fajita seasoning and the juicy tender steak.

With only a 20 minute cooking time this Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas recipe will be on repeat for an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients needed to make Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas:

  • Flank Steak (Skirt Steak will work also)
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Onion
  • Olive OIl
  • Chili Powder
  • Ground Cumin
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Corn Tortillas or Flour Tortillas
  • Cilantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Cheddar Cheese

How to make Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spread sliced steak, bell peppers and onion onto a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on top and toss to coat evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and paprika.
  5. Sprinkle seasoning mix over meat and vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until meat has reached desired doneness and vegetables are soft.
  8. Serve on warm tortillas and top with fresh cilantro, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, or your favorite toppings.
  9. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  • 2 lbs flank steak thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped (optional topping)
  • ¾ cup sour cream (optional topping)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional topping)
