@comcastcares After having googled this, it seems this is deliberate, and NOT a glitch. People talk about this in the Xfinity forums going back YEARS. This is really cementing my husband’s argument to cancel altogether & get internet elsewhere plus Sling TV.

@comcastcares You’re not allowed because you can’t work out a deal/contract! Stop being so stingy! Both sides are saying that the other blocked them. Grow up and provide the service you agreed to when I signed up or you surely will be dropped yourself. Many others feel the same!

@AltitudeTV @DIRECTV HEY @comcast @Xfinity! I was a loyal @DIRECTV customer for years and just recently went back to cable. Guess what, I’m making a call tomorrow to you know who. Get a deal done otherwise I’M OUT and don’t even with any cancellation fees.

@comcastcares Like I said, I don’t want to discuss plan options. I want to be able to look at them online at my leisure. The setup of the website implies this is possible, but then gives me this, “we’re sorry! Call us so we can hard sell you sh*t!”, message.

.@comcastcares ever since I got a new modem my internet goes out 3 or 4 times a day for about 1 minute. Is there anything you can look into to see what the issue is. This has been since July. Im at my wits end now.

I called @comcast tonight to voice my concerns about their blocking my @AltitudeTV. The customer service was terrible and there was no compassion to this fan regarding not being able to watch my #Avalanche and #Nuggets. This situation is embarrassing. Just get a deal done!!

@nbc @peaco*ck NBC, fix this. I want to watch the premiere which I missed live, I have peaco*ck (and comcast cable) and cannot watch the show on any app, “On Demand,” or even purchased on iTunes/Amazon/etc. HBO streams #TheLastOfUs the moment it airs. #GrandCrew is equally important.
